There are two factors affecting your ability to manifest your hearts desires:

• Unconscious manifestation.
• Co-Creation.

Unconscious manifestation.

With unconscious manifestation we actually manifest from a place of fear, stress and worry without realizing it. If you think the thought, “I am super healthy” one time per day but you worry about your health the entire rest of the day – which one are you giving more attention to?

That’s what tends to manifest… the thought we spend the most time on and the one we sit in the vibration of.

Co- Creation.

With co-creation, this means you align with your higher self who knows your actual life path and you manifest together. This type of manifestation tends to happen much faster (depending on how much change is needed for it to come to fruition).

If you are manifesting an entirely different career, for example, you may need some tools or training first. In that case, the co-creation process will look like stating what the career is as an “I AM” statement AND adding an additional request like this:

“I AM a highly compensated writer”. “Higher Self, please show me what, if any, tools I need to make this happen”.

Co-Creation + Inspired Action = Manifestation Magic!

Inspired Action is then taking those steps that your higher self shows you to make it happen AND knowing when it’s your Ego or fears trying to stop you.

The full moon affects the ocean’s tides, that’s how powerful it is.

When you think that our bodies are comprised of 70 percent water, it’s no wonder we get stirred up during the full moon if we don’t know how to stay grounded.

This is good news for manifestation though.

My special process teaches you how to use the energy of the full moon (or any moon if you don’t want to wait) to call in your manifestations by following my guidelines.

You can then amp it up a few weeks later with the new moon to solidify those new intentions into being.
